01Fire Equipment Service

The revised Fire rules Cap 514 (download copy below) lay a ground rule of service production.

We at Titan have adopted the rules and further enhanced our service producers by incorporating Bsi standards and service guidelines.

We offer competitive routine inspection and service of all fire equipment at nominal fees.  Our service contract core tailored with our client’s safety in mind. Our routine inspection includes: -

• Annual inspection of Equipment three times a year in Nairobi/Mombasa and twice upcountry
• Up-to-date technical support on fire issues and related services
• Surveys and routine appraisal of your premises, existing equipment and recommendation as necessary
• Fire equipment training and lectures during routine inspection visit to your staff.
• Consultancy on fire safety at workplace, fire exit routes and signage.

02Fire Alarm

Fire detection in our opinion is the most vital element in fire safety. Early detection ensures you are alerted of any fire outbreak at its initial state, when it’s easiest to put off or contain.  At this stage minimal damages occur and no down time in lost.

Our alarms division is dedicated to ensure your fire alarm system is in working order at any given time.

Our alarms service portfolio covers

• Site visit survey to establish requirement
• Design of suitable system and submission of proposal
• Installation, programming, commissioning, training and handover
• Routine inspection, testing and service
• 24 hours back up attendance

03Fire Training

Titan Fire training course is designed to provide employees with a basic level of competency so that they are able to safely and knowledgeably use extinguishers in order to tackle the initial outbreak of a fire, evacuation of the building and First Aid.

There are two types of training

• Titan Smart Fire training
• Titan Fire Marshals/Wardens training

In addition, we help clients implement fire safety rules, fire fighting teams, fire policies as well as conduct fire drills to ascertain preparedness and any areas of weakness.
